It is that time of year again.  Here are the details for scheduling:

Sunday, March 25

2800 Bethel Street
Lower Burrell, PA 15068

10U and 15U -- 1:00 p.m.
12U -- 2:30 p.m.
8U and 18U -- 3:30 p.m.

$45 per team -- Unless individually registered with ASA
$27 -- Individually registered with ASA
$49 -- Dozen of game balls

Scores must be sent in after each game!!  If you fail to send in your score, you will not receive any points.

Also, any game cancellation needs to be reported and the make-up date.

Please e-mail rosters to Gary and Barb BEFORE your first game!

8U -- Kiski, NHBSA, and Valley

10U -- NHBSA, Plum, and Valley

12U -- NHBSA and Valley

15U -- Leechburg, and NHBSA

18U -- Leechburg, NHBSA, and Plum

Attention:

Rosters for 10U and 12U were due on Sunday, April 15.  I am missing rosters from some teams.  You will not receive points until your rosters are emailed to me.

*8U, 10U, and 12U Master Schedules have been uploaded.


1. Contact Lists in all age groups are updated.  
2. I am working on master schedules for 14U and 18U (my goal is to have them done by April 22).
3. I am also working on updating directions to fields as teams send them to me.  It is not my responsibility to type directions for your area.
4. If you are the head of your area, you need to fill out the team registration form that is found below.

14U:  Coaches -- No metal cleats at this age level!

Both home team and away team are responsible for sending in the game score.  Please make sure that scores match at the end of the game.


Reminder (10U):  No stealing or bunting while the coach is pitching!  Coaches, make sure you ask the umpire the official start time of the game (this way there are not any questions when the time limit is up).



Finally, the head of each area needs to fill out the form that is below.  Please send this form to Jess, too (allekiskiasa@gmail.com).  This form just states how many teams you have in each age group.

Also, please look at the top of the home page for when the website is last updated... that will answer your question about whether or not certain scores have been uploaded.


Remember:  You must send your score in within 24 hours!!  Both teams are responsible for sending in the game score!

Should you need to cancel a game, you must cancel with your umpire in chief first.  It is very important that you do this 1.5 to 2 hours prior to the beginning of the game.  This way, they may notify the appropriate umpire that was scheduled for your game.  If you do not call about a cancelled game, you are entitled to pay the umpire half of his/her pay.  Remember, games can only be cancelled due to school functions or inclement weather/field conditions.  You cannot cancel for any other reason.

Also, you are responsible for making sure you have umpires once the game is rescheduled.
